Julie Phelps

Julie Phelps has extensive experience in residential life and facilities management, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Facilities for Residential Life and Assistant Director for Safety & Services at Minnesota State University, Mankato since September 2019. Prior to this role, Julie Phelps held various positions at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, including Assistant Director for Residence Life - Business Operations and Facilities and Assistant Director of Residence Life - Facilities and Administrative Services, starting in July 2008. Additional roles include Associate Director of Residential Life at the University of Minnesota Morris from July 2004 to June 2008, Associate Director at Saint Mary's University of Winona from July 2002 to May 2004, and Residence Hall Director at Southwest Missouri State University from July 1999 to June 2002. Julie Phelps holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University, Mankato, earned between 1997 and 1999, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, completed from 1993 to 1997.
