Lynn Bauer

Lynn Bauer, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Minnesota State University, Mankato, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lynn accumulated extensive experience at BDO USA, LLP from August 2010 to January 2024, holding various positions including Senior Manager of Strategic Planning & Resources and Regional HR Manager. Additional HR experience includes roles as HR Generalist at Midwest-CBK and Gartner Studios, HR Coordinator at Lakeland Mortgage Corporation, and HR Manager at multiple organizations. Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
