Motunrayo Ajayi

Motunrayo Ajayi is a dedicated engineering intern at INROADS and has held various student leadership and support roles at Minnesota State University, Mankato, including Student Supervisor for Sodexo Dining Services and Residential Life Desk Assistant. As the Chapter Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, Motunrayo actively engages in enhancing community and responsibility within the organization. Previous internships at IPG Photonics and participation in the Henze Ag Innovators Leadership Development Program showcase proficiency in technical support and leadership development. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering anticipated in 2024 from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from North Hennepin Community College, Motunrayo combines academic knowledge with practical experience across diverse roles.
