Shay Martineau currently serves as the Senior Director of Analytics for the Minnesota Timberwolves, a position held since September 2022, following a role as Director of Analytics. Prior experience includes working at Target from July 2020 to October 2022 as Senior Manager and Manager of Business Intelligence in Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability. Before that, Shay was employed by Delta Air Lines from April 2015 to July 2020, progressing through roles including Manager, Customer Experience - Business Intelligence and Brand Advisor, among others. Early experience includes a Market Research Internship at Busco Enterprise in 2014. Shay has also completed a certificate in Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles through Harvard Online and possesses a degree from Arizona State University.
