Logan Kuneck has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Logan started their career as an Operations Intern at Avalon Security in 2006 and later worked as a Ticketing Operations Intern at the Minnesota Twins in 2007.
In 2010, Logan volunteered as an Operations Volunteer at The Greater Lake Country Food Bank, where they monitored stock levels and organized the distribution of meals.
Logan then took on the role of Grant Proposal Manager at Youth Determined to Succeed in 2011, where they created an Access database to monitor and track grant proposals, and helped develop work plans for children's exercise programs.
Logan worked as a Project Manager at FoodLogiQ from 2011 to 2012, managing projects and tasks related to marketing and obtaining their MBA. Logan returned to FoodLogiQ in 2013 as a Project Manager, this time focusing on marketing and obtaining their Marketing MBA.
From 2012 to 2013, Logan interned as a Marketing and Events Intern MBA at the Small Business Development Center, where they used Google Analytics to track website traffic and employed lead generation tactics through social media.
In 2014, Logan served as a Business Analyst - Contract at ITT, and then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator at Stahls' DFC in 2015. At Stahls' DFC, they created flow charts and process maps, developed standard operating procedures, and managed line-workers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in producing replica jerseys.
In 2016, Logan joined Minnesota United FC in the executive office as a Project Manager, where they managed projects and tasks related to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and Roster Budget Guidelines. Logan also oversaw the salary cap and league rules, ensuring that player budget charges fit within the salary cap and rules.
From 2017 to 2019, Logan worked as a Player Personnel Analyst at Minnesota United FC, managing the salary cap for the First Team, forecasting rosters and scenarios, and setting up statistical analysis platforms.
Most recently, Logan Kuneck has served as the Director of Player Finance and Compliance at Minnesota United FC since February 2019. In this role, they oversee the salary cap and league rules, serving as the club's CBA and Competition Guidelines Expert.
Logan Kuneck has a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Providence College. Logan also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, Long Beach. Prior to their college education, they attended BRECK SCHOOL where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.
