Chad Lemker

Chad Lemker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad began their career in 1998 as a Technician II at Onan Power Electronics, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined Marketech International Corporation as a Technician II and stayed until 2001. Chad then moved on to Minnetronix, Inc., where they held various roles. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Social Service Worker. Chad then transitioned into the role of Assembler/Technician from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked as an Engineering Technician from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Chad served as a Manufacturing Engineer I, and from 2015 until the present time, they have held the position of Manufacturing Engineer II.

Chad Lemker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota. Chad also obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Electronic Engineering from Hawkeye Community College. In addition to their degree qualifications, Chad has a certification as a Lean Practitioner from the Manufacturers Alliance, which was obtained in March 2015.
