Michael Doran is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and strategic operations. Currently serving as a Talent Advisor at Minno since October 2019, Michael has been integral in developing recruiting processes and supporting the company’s hiring needs. As Co-Founder and CEO of TeamSourced since August 2019, Michael leads initiatives to build high-impact teams through targeted talent sourcing. Previous roles include Founding Recruiter at Bolt, where over 2,500 interviews were conducted to support rapid company growth, and Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Nexmo, managing recruitment across multiple regions. Michael's career also includes significant contributions at esteemed firms such as Google, Dropbox, and edo Interactive, demonstrating a robust track record in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies. Michael holds a BA in Human Development from North Park University.
