Penny Qin

Penny Qin currently serves as the Head of HR at Minnovation since January 2021. Previously, Penny held the position of General Manager at MAX HRM AB from November 2018 to December 2020, specializing in HR services for Northern Europe with a focus on executive recruitment and overseas talent transfer. Penny's extensive experience at ZTE Corporation spanned two decades, where roles included HRBP for Northern and Western Europe, where key responsibilities involved workforce planning and talent management, and developing organizational strategies during a significant reorganization. Earlier positions at ZTE included HRBP of the European Marketing Platform and HR Manager for Northern Europe, contributing to recruitment and compensation strategies. Penny's career began at MDCL Beijing Office as a Sales Assistant. Educational credentials include a degree from Peking University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
