Earlier positions at ZTE included HRBP of the European Marketing Platform and HR Manager for Northern Europe, contributing to recruitment and compensation strategies. Penny's career began at MDCL Beijing Office as a Sales Assistant. Educational credentials include a degree from Peking University and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
