Neil Anderson

Neil Anderson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking industry. Neil is currently serving as the Market President and Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at MinnWest Bank in Farmington, MN. In their previous role at Falcon National Bank, Neil managed a commercial loan portfolio of over $75 million and achieved a nearly 50% loan growth. Neil also held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Union Bank and Trust Company, where they successfully grew their loan portfolio from $10 million to over $50 million. Prior to that, they served as the Market President at First National Banks, where they played a crucial role in improving asset quality and expanding commercial lending operations in the Twin Cities market. Neil's experience also includes being the President and CEO of Lake Country Community Bank, where they successfully transformed the bank into one of the top-ranked institutions in its peer group. Additionally, they served as the President of Randall State Bank in Randall, Minnesota, and as the Branch President at Security Bank in Chaska. Throughout their career, Neil has demonstrated a strong focus on building and strengthening banks, growing loan portfolios, and cultivating valuable relationships with commercial clients.

Neil Anderson's education history includes a Certificate in Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, which they earned from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota from 1985 to 1991. Neil completed their high school education at Osseo Senior High School, earning a Diploma from 1982 to 1985.
