The Field Services team at Minol USA is responsible for the on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility management systems. This includes deploying smart metering solutions, ensuring accurate data collection, and addressing technical issues to improve energy and water efficiency for multifamily, military, affordable, and student housing industries, as well as municipalities and commercial properties. The team collaborates to deliver seamless field operations, led by the Director of Field Operations, and managed by Field Operation Managers with support from Field Service Coordinators.
