Martin Dangeni

Martin Dangeni is a highly experienced Site Project Manager currently employed at Allied Gold Corporation, providing operational support and overseeing the commissioning of the Inco Detox Process since February 2025. Previously, Martin held significant roles such as Senior Team Lead at Minopex and Senior Process Commissioning Engineer at SENET (Pty) Ltd., where responsibilities included co-commissioning a 350 t/h CIL gold plant and conducting performance tests. Additional experience includes serving as Process Superintendent for a Copper Heap Leach Project at Mimbula Mine and managing technical consulting projects at Sibonisiwe Coal Laboratories. Martin’s career also features roles at Sulphuric Acid Solutions and Zimbabwe Phosphate Industries, focusing on plant commissioning and production processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe.
