Sunitra Thanabatchai

Sunitra Thanabatchai, PMP, MBA has a diverse background in project management and IT leadership roles. Sunitra has served as the Group IT Director (Enterprise Data Privacy & Compliance) at Minor International since October 2019 and previously held the role of IT Director (PMO) from January 2014 to October 2019.

Prior to that, Sunitra worked at Teradata as a Project Manager from July 2013 to October 2013, where they managed a Data Warehouse project for a telecommunications company and developed PMO reports.

Sunitra also gained experience as a Project Manager at Amadeus from January 2012 to May 2013, overseeing multiple application development projects for the Asia Pacific Market and leading project direction for a team of 40+ employees.

Before Amadeus, Sunitra worked at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Project Manager from March 2007 to January 2012. In this role, they managed various software development and infrastructure projects, including the implementation of a centralized permissioning system.

Additionally, they served as a Senior System Analyst (Project Lead, Pre-Sales) at V-SMART CO.,LTD from January 2006 to February 2007, where they implemented a retail business intelligence application and engaged in pre-sales activities.

Sunitra's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Systems Support at PTT EXPLORATION and PRODUCTION PUBLIC CO., LTD from April 2002 to June 2005, where they successfully migrated legacy data and enterprise asset management systems to Maximo systems and ensured the smooth operation of integrated enterprise business systems.

Sunitra Thanabatchai has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, specializing in Accounting Information Systems from Chulalongkorn University. Sunitra also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, focusing on Information Technology, from Kent State University.
