Linda Lu

Linda Lu is currently the Director at Minority Corporate Counsel Association. Linda has had an extensive and successful career in law, previously serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Litigation Officer & Employment Counseling at Nationwide and Lead Counsel at Allstate.

Linda's accomplishments include a reorganization of the litigation department, thought leadership regarding data breach fallout, and crisis management involving media and board communications. Linda has also been an Executive Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Executive Sponsor of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Executive Advisory Member of the All Women ARG, and Executive Sponsor of the Approved Outside Counsel Program Committee.

Linda Lu attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Chicago, where they graduated with honors.
