Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, focusing on online sales of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and a practicing nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019.
