Marta Torres Galtes

Marta Torres Galtes has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Marta began their career in 2003 as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at ONA Gestio Inmobiliaria. In this role, they provided market counseling to customers, negotiated contracts, and adapted the product portfolio to suit clients' needs.

From 2006 to 2007, Marta worked at Club de Golf Vallromanes as a PR and Receptionist. Here, they established and maintained relationships with various interest groups, managed the reception area, and organized public appearances and events.

In 2007, Marta became the Balearic Islands Regional Manager at Desarrollos Urbanisticos Montemar. Marta guided homebuyers and sellers through the sales process, developed relationships with realtors, and verified contract documents.

From 2010 to 2011, Marta served as an Office Manager at Esencia Adlib Ibiza, where they coordinated department functions, recruited and trained employees, and implemented marketing and PR campaigns.

Marta then worked as an Office Manager at Administraciones Tanit from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they created databases and spreadsheets, handled confidential client information, and wrote reports and correspondence.

In 2012, Marta joined www.ibiza-hotels.com as an Office Manager. Marta improved administrative and procedural processes, coordinated meetings between departments, and managed billing and collections.

From 2014 to 2015, Marta worked as a Retail Representative at Custo Barcelona.

Most recently, Marta has been with Minoryx Therapeutics since 2015. Marta started as an Office Manager and is currently the Director of HR and Office.

Marta Torres Galtes pursued their education at the University of Barcelona (UAB), Spain from 2000 to 2004. During this period, they completed a degree in Law, equivalent to a Juris Doctor. Their field of study focused on law.

In 2005, Marta continued their education at the University of Girona, Spain, where they obtained a Travel Agent Certificate in 2006. Their studies in this program centered around Tourism and Travel Services Management.
