Pooja Arora

Pooja Arora has extensive work experience in human resources and administrative roles. Pooja is currently the Head HR at Minosha India Ltd (formerly Ricoh India Ltd). Prior to this, they worked at Orient Bell as AGM of Human Resources and held various managerial positions within the company. Pooja also worked as an Executive Assistant at Baxter India Pvt Ltd and as an Admin Officer at Corporate Catalyst India. Pooja Arora began their career as a Team Lead at HBL Global Pvt. Ltd.

Pooja Arora completed an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2015-2016. Pooja also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Symbiosis School for Distant Learning, starting in 2007. Pooja Arora obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Practitioner PPA by Thomas Profiling and in Web Centric Computing from NIIT.
