Rakia Lahouar is an experienced IT Business Analyst and Technical Lead currently working at L'Oréal as the EMEA NPS Technical Lead and Technical Business Analyst for CRM EMEA & DATA since May 2022. In addition to this role, Rakia has been involved with Tanit Lab since December 2020, focusing on cloud SaaS product projects and analyzing customer requirements through Zendesk. Rakia has also contributed to MINOTORE on the LyxorETF.com project since March 2019. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics was obtained from Lycée Hammam Sousse.
