Ferdinand H. Kuncoro, FCPA, GAICD, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial roles across various industries. Currently serving as APAC CFO and Company Secretary at Minova, Ferdinand reports directly to the Global CFO. Ferdinand has held significant positions including NFP Board Director and Treasurer at the Digital Gap Initiative, Head of Group Reporting and FP&A at Questas Group, and Financial Controller at FMC Corporation. Ferdinand's expertise spans group reporting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, financial modeling, and SAP finance systems. Ferdinand holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting and Finance from The University of Queensland, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from BINUS University, and is pursuing a GAICD qualification in Corporate Governance and Directorship.
