Daiva Gillam

Daiva Gillam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project coordination, community engagement, and operations management. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Minprovise since February 2023, Daiva specializes in process improvement using six sigma methodology within the mining and fabrication sectors. As a Councillor for the City of Karratha since October 2021, Daiva focuses on community engagement and regional development. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Murujuga Commercial Limited and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation. Daiva's extensive experience also spans positions such as Electorate Officer at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA and Project Coordinator/LEAN Advisor at Rio Tinto. Daiva holds a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Enterprise from Charles Darwin University and a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Arts in International Trade from Monash University.
