Teresa Vicente is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. As the Head of People Portugal at Minsait since October 2022 and the Founder & CEO of Masala Empire since December 2021, Teresa is dedicated to promoting meaningful and healthy lifestyles through digital content. Teresa previously served as Head of Human Resources at Multicert, where responsibilities included talent management, compensation, executive coaching, and organizational climate improvement. Earlier roles include Head of Organization at SIBS and Organization & HR Manager at Multicert, showcasing expertise in strategic human resources and organizational restructuring. Teresa's educational background includes a Master's degree in the Psychology of Work and Business from Universidade do Porto and executive training in sustainability and general management.
