Brendan Franz has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the General Manager and Multi Unit Manager at SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza since November 2014. Previously, Brendan held the position of District Manager at DQ Fast and Friendly Stores for a brief period in March 2021, and worked as the General Manager at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant from May 2012 to October 2014. Brendan holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from The University of Kansas (2010-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (1999-2003).
