Disha Upadhyaya

Disha Upadhyaya is a Human Resources Payroll Assistant at Minster Care Management Limited since June 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator at Surta Management Solutions from June 2018 to August 2019. At Surta Management Solutions, Disha supported the HR and Recruitment team, focusing on candidate identification, attraction, and shortlisting to meet business recruitment needs. Disha holds an MSc in International Business Management with Human Resource Management from Ulster University, completed in January 2023, a Master of Arts in International Business from Middlesex University, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Navrachana University, where Disha also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.
