Paul Nicholls

Paul Nicholls has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul started their career as an Office Manager and Proprietor at The Extractaway Group, where they managed a team of 26 employees and generated a turnover of over 500k per year. Paul then transitioned to the healthcare sector, working as an Out of Hours Practitioner and Liaison Psychiatry Nurse at the NHS, where they conducted assessments and provided interventions to clients. Paul also served as a Clinical Commissioning Nurse at NHS Eastern Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group. Later, they joined Minster Care Management Limited as the Director of Operations, overseeing 33 care homes and focusing on delivering quality care while maintaining budgetary targets. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Director at Croftwood Care Ltd.

Paul Nicholls attended Keele University from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Nursing and Midwifery with a focus on Mental Health. After completing their undergraduate studies, there is no record of their educational pursuits until 2011 when they enrolled at the University of Chester.
