Debra Allen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal industry. Debra currently holds the position of Director at SSB Law since July 2019. Prior to this, Debra worked at Minster Law from 2012, where they held different roles including Head of Change Implementation and Head of Operations - Specialist Lines. In these roles, they oversaw operational changes, managed client service improvement, and mitigated business risk. Before Minster Law, they worked at Raleys Solicitors as a personal injury solicitor and managed a team of RTA lawyers. Debra started their career at Atteys Solicitors as a solicitor.
