Maickol Zapana Roka

Maickol Zapana Roka is a professional with extensive experience in cost and productivity management within the mining and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Cost and Productivity Supervisor at Minsur S.A. since November 2024, Maickol previously held the position of Head of Costs and Productivity at DINET from October 2020 to November 2024, and worked as a Cost and Productivity Assistant and SSOMA Assistant at Operaciones Seprocal between June 2018 and October 2020. Maickol's educational background includes pursuing an MBA at ESAN Graduate School Of Business and a Master's in Project Management at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia, alongside a Master's in Safety and Environmental Engineering focused on Mining at Universidad Nacional de Piura.
