Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at Mint Cannabis and owner of Scavio Law Firm, PLLC since June 2022, Nicholas previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Bianchi & Brandt from January 2020 to July 2022 and worked as an Associate Attorney at Broening Oberg Woods & Wilson, P.C. from November 2017 to January 2020. Nicholas earned a Juris Doctor degree from Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law (2007-2010) and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business Administration and Mass Communication from Arizona State University (2002-2006).
