Duncan Davis is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Mint Eco Car Wash and Detail Center since April 2023, Duncan previously held roles including Regional Vice President of Operations at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Senior Vice President of Operations at TGI Fridays, and Vice President of Operations at la Madeleine Country French Cafe.
