Sheila Rusco

Sheila Rusco currently serves as the Regional Director of Revenue Management at Mint House, focusing on revenue growth and RevPAR enhancement through strategic relationships and communication. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Revenue and Sales Manager at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, managing revenue strategies for a portfolio of 15 hotels. Sheila also held the position of Area Revenue Manager at John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts, where leadership in pricing and distribution helped optimize revenue and market share. As President and Owner of HFY, LLC, Sheila oversaw event planning for clients nationwide. Earlier in her career, Sheila was a Senior Sales Manager at Renaissance Hotels, contributing to pre-opening efforts. Sheila holds a degree from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
