Mint Physician Staffing
Mint Physician Staffing is the premier national locum tenens agency for physicians and advanced practitioners and has been in business over 20 years. As the United States' nationwide shortage of physicians increases, Mint serves medical facilities across the country by providing locum tenens (temporary) staff for the duration of their coverage needs. We work with healthcare facilities and practices across the country, providing them with skilled physicians (MD/DO) and advanced practitioners (NP/PA). The wide breadth of practice settings gives clinicians the opportunity to visit other parts of the country and earn supplemental income. Mint's locum tenens assignments can fit any schedule--days, nights, weekends, and long-term placements. Mint Physician Staffing provides services for premier healthcare facilities and has consistently earned accolades for the quality of providers within our network. Mint is one of only seven Joint Commission certified locum tenens agencies in the US. We are also a long-time member of the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO).
