Dominic Monama

Dominic Monama has extensive experience in human capital development, currently serving as a Human Capital Development Officer at Mintek since June 2008, where responsibilities include managing internship and trainee programs, overseeing the Work Integrated Learning programme, and coordinating projects such as the Minquiz Competition. Prior experience includes a role as Science Promotions Officer at Mintek, Team Leader of Science Communications at Sci-Bono Discovery Centre, and process control roles at Sasol Wax and Xstrata Alloys.
