Joan Li is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analysis, creative writing, and brand strategy. Currently a Senior Analyst in Beauty and Personal Care at Mintel, Joan previously served as a Creative Writing Instructor at the University of Iowa, where workshops focused on storytelling and structure were developed. Additionally, Joan managed a team of readers as Fiction Editor of the Iowa Review. Earlier roles include Brand Planner and Brand Planning Intern at Weber Shandwick, where Joan contributed to brand portfolios in CPG and healthcare.
