Ben Liu is a Corporate Partner in the Melbourne office of Minter Ellison, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and commercial transactions. Having joined Minter Ellison in 1996, Ben has extensive experience in corporate insolvency and has successfully completed numerous divestments and transactions for various clients across multiple industry sectors, including private equity and mining. Currently pursuing a combined degree in Law and Commerce at the University of Melbourne, Ben regularly presents on corporate and contract law topics and is an alumnus of the Committee for Melbourne’s Future Focus Group.
