Grant Coutts

Grant Coutts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and commercial operations. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at MinterEllison since February 2018, Grant leads teams in Corporate Services, Legal and Consulting Support, Project Management Office, Procurement, Premises, and Data Analytics. Prior to this role, Grant held various positions at Herbert Smith Freehills from October 2002 to May 2017, including Head of Strategy and Planning, Strategy and Planning Manager, and National Procurement Manager. Grant holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Canterbury.
