Michael Hershan is a Partner at MinterEllison, where they have been since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as Litigation Counsel and Senior Specialist at ASIC from 2019 to 2025 and held positions as Senior Associate and Associate in Litigation at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2010 to 2019. Michael also gained experience as an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia from 2013 to 2014 and was a member of the International Advisory Committee for EcoPeace Middle East from 2010 to 2016.
