Nada Raphael

Nada Raphael is currently a Partner at MinterEllison, where they have led the Perth Environment and Planning practice group since 2013. They specialize in environmental, planning, and development law, providing legal and strategic advice on major commercial and residential projects. Prior to re-joining MinterEllison, Nada worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Fortescue Metals Group, advising on the development and expansion of iron ore mines and related infrastructure. Nada has also appeared before the State Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Western Australia on various law matters.
