They have a robust background in alternative dispute resolution, effectively navigating complex challenges for clients in both binding and non-binding processes. Tom previously served as Associate to the Hon Paul de Jersey AC, Chief Justice of Queensland, and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Laws from The University of Queensland, where they received the University Medal for first-class honors.
