Carlo Fernandez Benedetto has a wealth of experience in the field of customer service and project management. Carlo began their career in 2003 as a Market Research Interviewer at Datasencion. In 2005, they joined Directions in Research as a Manager, QA and Official Trainer, where they were responsible for delivering excellent results in coaching, Quality Assurance and weekly training sessions. From 2008 to 2020, they worked at Emirates Airline as a Premium Cabin Senior Crew, ensuring Safety, Medical and Security Procedures were applied while delivering expert customer service experiences and loyalty to the brand name. In 2018, they joined CoinMetro as the Head of Customer Support, where they were responsible for ensuring the highest standards in customer loyalty, added value and quality of support were applied. In 2020, they took on a role as Project Manager Sales Marketing at ElectroAir, implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading presentations, company profiles, articles and quote options for decisionmakers. Carlo is currently the Founder at Fernanz and the Operations Project Manager at Minterest, a cross-chain decentralized money market lending protocol.

Carlo Fernandez Benedetto studied Industrial Engineering and Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad Fidélitas between 2005 and 2008. Carlo also attended Emirates Aviation Training College. From 2013 to 2016, they attended Pacific Skies Aviation Flight School to pursue an Airline/Commercial/Professional Pilot and Flight Crew degree. In addition, they obtained a Project Management: Solving Common Project Problems certification from LinkedIn in August 2017, a KYT Certification from Chainalysis Inc. in May 2020, and an EF SET English Certificate 81/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET).
