Denis Romanovsky

Denis Romanovsky has worked in the software engineering industry since 2012. In 2015, they began as a Junior Software Engineer at BelTechSoftware, where they developed a complicated platform in the medical insurance sphere. In 2016, they moved to Elilink Consulting as a Middle Software Engineer. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Development Engineer and Middle Software Engineer, where they acted as a SCRUM master for several months and was responsible for SSO, statements generation module, and roles logic. In 2019, they began as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Grinteq. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer and Development Team Lead at Minterest, where they supervise the technical side of a DeFi startup and leads a team of 20+ people.

Denis Romanovsky obtained a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Belarusian State University between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Intercultural Communication / Public Relations from Minsk State Linguistic University between 2008 and 2013.
