Dzmitry Khmialnitski

Dzmitry Khmialnitski, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of External Reporting at Minto Apartment REIT since October 2023. Previously, Dzmitry held the position of Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. from September 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior in Audit and Assurance at Deloitte Canada from January 2021 to September 2021, and as a Senior Accountant in Assurance at MNP from May 2018 to December 2020. Dzmitry began a career in auditing as a Junior Internal Auditor at MD Financial Management from September 2017 to April 2018. Dzmitry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting with a Minor in Economics from Carleton University, completed between 2012 and 2017.
