Karla Pons

Karla Pons is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Minto Apartment REIT since January 2023, Karla previously held the same title at Rhapsody Property Management Services from April 2020 to March 2023. Prior to that, Karla worked as a Community Manager at QuadReal Property Group from February 2018 to March 2020 and, before that, at Vertica Resident Services, first as a Community Manager from July 2015 to February 2018 and then as a Property Administrator from April 2014 to May 2015, starting the career as a Receptionist.
