Derek Rider

Derek Rider is an experienced regional manager currently with Minto Group Inc. since February 2015. Prior to this role, Rider served as a property manager at CLV GROUP for a brief period in 2014 and held the position of regional manager at Timbercreek Asset Management from February 2012 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes working as a property manager at CAPREIT and as a senior property manager at The Daniels Corporation. Educational qualifications include attendance at Algoma University from 2001 to 2002.
