Marcel Dénommé

Marcel Dénommé is the Vice President of Land Development at Urbandale Corporation, where they manage the planning and engineering team to achieve business unit goals related to land development applications and permits. They oversee a yearly budget of $40 million and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Previously, they served as Director of Land Development at Minto Developments Inc. and contributed to significant projects, including securing the CMHC Equilibrium Communities Grant for the Ampersand development. Marcel holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Humber College.
