Michelle Carlson

Michelle Carlson, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in land development and project management. As the Executive Director of Land Development & Survey at BL Companies since June 2013, Michelle oversees strategic operations in land development. Prior roles include Vice President of Project Management at Konover Development Corporation, where comprehensive management of retail project development was key, and Associate at Fuss & O'Neill, focusing on business development, planning, and construction management. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Superintendent at Keating Brothers Construction and Project Engineer/Construction Inspector at Weston & Sampson Engineers. Michelle holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, completed in 1985.
