Saumya Srivastava

Saumya Srivastava has a diverse range of experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries and roles. Saumya is currently working at Mintoak as the Head of Human Resources since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mintoak from February 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Mintoak, Saumya held the position of Head of HR at LitmusWorld from July 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they played a crucial role in establishing and expanding the HR function within the organization, including the development of HR policies, processes, and systems. Saumya also implemented regular leadership meetings to align business vision and goals across the organization.

Saumya also worked at Kotak Life as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for a brief period from April 2017 to October 2017. During their time there, they oversaw end-to-end HR responsibilities for employees in the West and Central India region, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development activities.

Prior to that, Saumya worked at Altisource as a Senior Manager of Human Resources from May 2014 to April 2017. In this role, they had extensive responsibilities, including implementing standardized disciplinary processes, providing advisory support for complaints and grievance management, engaging in manpower planning, and driving various HR programs.

Saumya's earlier experience includes roles at Serco as a Manager in Organizational Development from May 2010 to May 2014, Welspun as an Assistant Manager in HR from July 2009 to April 2010, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as an Executive in HR from September 2007 to August 2009, and Wockhardt as an Executive in HR from June 2005 to August 2007. In these roles, they gained experience in recruitment, induction, training, performance appraisals, and various HR initiatives.

Saumya Srivastava completed their Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan between 1999 and 2002. Saumya then pursued their Master of Personnel Management degree from Sinhgad Institute Of Management between 2003 and 2005, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their formal education, Saumya has obtained additional certifications in HR Analytics from Jigsaw Academy in June 2018 and as a Certified Engagement Expert from Aon Hewitt Asia in October 2017.
