Aigars Naglis

Aigars Naglis is an experienced IT security professional with a strong background in security management, compliance, and audits. As of February 2024, Aigars serves as the IT Security and Compliance Manager at Mintos, where responsibilities include managing hands-on technical tasks and regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes working as a Cyber Security Assistant Manager at KPMG Baltics, focusing on audits and security testing, and contributing to Identity and Access Management projects.
