Diana Geske

Diana Geske has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 with Instant Advertising Factory as a Project Manager. Diana then moved on to SEB banka Latvia in 2013 as a Quality Manager, where they implemented a Knowledge Management System for employees and managed the project for a new CORE system. In 2016, they became the Manager of remote channels development at SEB banka Latvia, where they achieved the implementation of chat as a customer communication channel and managed the impact of a Core system change on Contact centre systems and processes. In 2018, they joined CUBE Systems as an Information Technology Project Manager, where they successfully implemented and launched a complex custom E-commerce platform and introduced Agile methodologies in development teams. Currently, they are working at Mintos as a Senior Product Owner, Team lead, responsible for leading and guiding a team of product owners, working on complex projects with multiple development teams, and managing the platform roadmap and future strategy. Diana is also a Senior Product Owner, leading the Front End and Back End development of the Mintos marketplace platform.

Diana Geske obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Baltic International Academy, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Diana also holds various certifications. Diana completed the "INSEAD - Design Thinking and Creativity for Business" program at INSEAD in February 2022. Diana also obtained a certification in "Financial instruments and investment services according to MiFID II requirements" from MKC vērtspapīri in June 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the "Scrum Master" certification from Scrum Alliance, although specific details regarding the month and year are not provided.
