Erle Kristin Wagle (MBA) is a highly experienced professional in maritime strategy and business development, currently serving as the Director, Maritime Strategy and Business Development at Mintra, where support is provided to over 2.8 million seafarers and energy workers. Prior to this role, Wagle held various leadership positions at Kongsberg Digital, including Vice President of Digital Services, and was instrumental in launching maritime simulation solutions and driving digital transformation in the industry. Wagle's career also features significant contributions as COO and Deputy Managing Director at Bellona, with a focus on environmental sustainability, as well as extensive experience at BW Group in roles focused on fleet performance and operational excellence. Wagle's academic qualifications include an Executive MBA in Shipping and Logistics from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
