Caroline B. Enright

Associate at Mintz

Caroline is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has experience conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda and briefs. Caroline works with companies in a variety of industries, including financial services and real estate.

Prior to joining Mintz, Caroline was a corporate and debt finance associate, and earlier a summer associate, at a global law firm. During her tenure, she represented private equity funds, fund portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, acquisition financings, and restructurings. Her work included drafting and negotiating deal documentation and agreements, performing due diligence, and advising clients on post-closing compliance issues.

While earning her JD, Caroline served as a pro bono legal extern with Mintz and a judicial intern with the Honorable Michael D. Vhay of the Massachusetts Land Court. In law school, she served as executive senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
