Samantha M. Spellman

Sam focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Mintz, Sam was a real estate associate at another Boston law firm, where she represented a sophisticated buyer throughout all stages of multiple acquisitions involving commercial office, retail, and warehouse properties. Sam also drafted purchase and sale agreements for various transactions, handled title, survey, and zoning matters, facilitated the closing process for a complex multi-property acquisition, and composed research memoranda relating to Chapter 40B developments. In addition, she facilitated construction and commercial loans for commercial lenders.

In law school, Sam served as senior editor of the Boston College Law Review.
