Whitney M. Costin

Whitney advises clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, securities litigations, public accommodation cases, privacy disputes, and SEC and DOJ enforcement actions. Her practice involves federal and state litigations spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Mintz, Whitney was a commercial litigation associate in the New York office of another prominent law firm, where she had previously worked as a summer associate.
